This project aims to critically asses and summarize the current state of knowledge around Galdue factors in cases where a defendant is accused of child maltreatment, neglect, child abuse, or child sexual abuse. This project also aims to identify gaps in knowledge and provide recommendations for policies and practices regarding the application of Gladue within the framework of promoting justice for Indigenous communities.
